Support Services
RideSource provides a suite of client support services designed to simplify communication, enhance and standardize documentation and significantly improve the availability and access to key transportation and performance related data.
All RideSource clients are provided with secured user names and passwords to allow them access to the “RideSource Automated Mobility Management System” (RAMMS). Upon logging into RAMMS, clients are provided access to the following services.
Grievance Reporting
RAMMS provides a fully integrated grievance management system which allows our clients to submit, query and review specific grievances as well as generate and print standard reports.
Performance Reporting
Service Performance Scorecards
Service performance scorecards are provided for clients each month summarizing the following data.
- Orders placed by type (i.e. phone, web or fax)
- Orders Cancelled
- Trips Dispatched
- Trips Completed
- Trips On-time
- Trips Late
The scorecard also provides a summary of grievance activity for the month. Grievances are categorized by type and sorted by fault source.
Trip Review
Clients have the ability to query and review individual trips and/or run trip report summaries by date range.
Standard Reports
The following standard reports are available to clients and can be run by date range.
- Member No-shows
- On-Time Performance
Custom Reports
RideSource can also create and provide custom reports and data for clients on an as needed basis.
