RideSource offers a number of back room support services to help enhance the quality, reliability and cost effectiveness of provider operations. These services include but are not limited to the following:

Call Center Services

Call center services include inbound order entry, trip routing and distribution, dispatching and a number of other related services. RideSource will work with network providers to create unique service combinations and solutions designed to accommodate providers specific operational needs and improve the overall cost effectiveness of the service delivery process.

Business Management and Accounting Solutions

RideSource offers a number of hosted, web-based software solutions to enhance provider operations. These solutions include driver management and cashiering systems, fleet management, billing and general accounting systems. These systems allow small business providers to benefit from the efficiency, flexibility and increased accountability of large, enterprise level systems via a highly cost effective, transaction based fee structure.

The transactional based fee structure allows providers to effectively scale their businesses without deploying the large amounts of capital typically required to purchase the hardware and other network infrastructure needed to support in house systems. Additionally, because these products are hosted and maintained by RideSource, providers are not required to hire staff or contract with an outside agency to repair and/or maintain these systems.
